LODGING POLICIES
Heritage Hollow LLC is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation less a $100.00 processing fee.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 (fourteen) days* notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *
For reservations with more than 6 guests over age 1 (10 guests is maximum), an additional per person per night fee ($35) will be added to the credit card associated with the reservation at check-out.
Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.
Check-out: 12:00 PM.
Absolutely No Smoking Inside house or outbuildings; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Any retail items or add-on services (horse riding, pet fees) that have not been paid for at the time of booking will be added to the credit card associated with the reservation at check out, as well as shipping charges for items left behind.
Guest dogs are allowed for additional $30.00 per Dog per visit fee. Dogs must be directly supervised at all times, and crated if being left alone in the house. Must be up to date on flea/tick medication and vaccinations. Owner is responsible for any damage to property or injury to resident farm animals caused by pet. BYOLAD ( Bring you own leash and food/water dishes).
